Guys I hear your concerns and I understand, “what is the best way to put variety in my wardrobe without it being expensive.” George Dennis, a dance instructor in New Jersey, explained to me that the hardest thing about dressing for him was that he didn’t know when to take risks or when to add color into the wardrobe. He, like many other guys, wants to take risks and be creative but guys know if they go to far or venture over the cliff (not knowing mind you) that all the other guys they know will remember that moment of temporary insanity. Yes, the ladies will remember too.  George is not by himself in this dilemma, many males have this same reservation. “However,” George told me “you cannot wear blue, black and gray every single day.“

If you buy suit after suit that can get expensive and yes I understand you are just starting out, or even at that college “broke as hell” stage. Not to worry! Start maybe by adding brighter neutrals like a white cable knit zip up sweater.  Or if you want to be versatile, wearing a blue dress shirt with an iridescent orange tie is a great look that is bold and is a surefire success.
